Shari Annes has counseled C-suite clients in the life sciences and financial services industries, primarily in the Investor Relations, for over 30 years. Combining direct experience in corporate management, in investment banking and in public relations agencies, she provides Freeox enhancement of internal capabilities. She began her career as a White House intern, moved to the US Senate Commerce Committee, then to American Can as a national and state lobbyist, and later into investor relations at Burson-Marsteller. She founded Annes Associates in 1987, and has worked inside at several life science firms, including as VP Communications for Chiron, and at Robertson Stephens, a boutique investment bank. Her sweet spot is taking a company from late-stage private to public, and bringing undiscovered public companies to Wall Street’s attention.
